MADSingle is operated by Integgreat, an independent brand (not a registered company at this time). If you have questions about this policy or your data, contact integgreat@gmail.com.
Account details: the email address and password you sign up with (your password is never stored in plain text — Supabase, our authentication provider, handles it securely). Profile details: your display name and optional bio. Content: posts, comments, images you upload, votes you cast, and private messages you send once a DM request is accepted. Reports: anything you submit through the Report button. Technical data: things like IP address and browser type, collected automatically by our hosting providers (Vercel and Supabase) for security and to keep the service running.
To run the platform — creating your account, showing your posts and profile, delivering private messages once accepted, and keeping score of votes. To keep the community safe — reviewing reports, enforcing the Community Guidelines, and preventing abuse. To communicate with you about your account, such as sign-up confirmation. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.
We use Supabase to store data and handle authentication, and Vercel to host the website — both act as data processors on our behalf and only handle data as needed to run the service. We don't share your information with anyone else, except where required by law (for example, in response to a valid legal request).
Your display name is shown publicly on your posts and comments. Your email address and any phone number are never shown to other members, and are not shared even inside private messages unless you choose to type them in yourself.
We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and data deleted, email us at the address above and we'll process the request.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw consent, and request erasure. To exercise any of these, email us — we'll aim to respond within a reasonable time and, in any case, no later than what the law requires.
MADSingle is meant for adult single parents and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from children, and if we learn a child has created an account, we'll remove it. Separately, our Community Guidelines strictly prohibit posting photos that show an identifiable child's face, whether or not it's your own child.
Access to data in our database is controlled by row-level security policies, so members can generally only see what they're meant to see, and all traffic to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, so if you ever suspect a problem, please let us know.
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the date below and, where appropriate, let members know.
