By creating an account or using MADSingle, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Community Guidelines, and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
MADSingle is meant for adults (18 and older), primarily single parents in India looking for peer support. We don't run identity or age verification, so we're relying on you to use the platform honestly and in the spirit it's built for.
You're responsible for the email and password you sign up with, and for anything that happens under your account. Use a display name that doesn't reveal your identity — see our Community Guidelines for the full reasoning. Don't share your account or let anyone else use it.
You keep ownership of what you post, but by posting on MADSingle you give us permission to store, display, and distribute it within the platform so other members can see it. You're responsible for what you post — make sure you have the right to share it, and that it follows our Community Guidelines. This includes never posting a photo that shows an identifiable child's face, not soliciting money, and not posting anything illegal, harassing, or abusive.
The DM feature only opens a conversation once both people agree. What you choose to share inside a private message — including a phone number or WhatsApp — is entirely your decision and at your own risk. MADSingle isn't responsible for what happens between members once a conversation moves outside the platform.
We may review reported content, and we can remove posts or comments, or suspend or terminate accounts, that we believe violate these terms or our Community Guidelines — with or without prior notice, at our discretion.
MADSingle is a peer support community. Nothing posted here — by other members, or by us — is a substitute for professional legal, medical, or mental health advice. Please consult a qualified professional for those matters.
MADSingle is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Integgreat is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including anything posted by other members or the outcome of any conversation or connection made through it.
You can stop using MADSingle and request account deletion at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or our Community Guidelines.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the date below and, where appropriate, let members know.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian law.
